This graphic illustrates an amazing truth.  Jesus was the Lamb of God who would be slain on the ALTAR, the cross.  However, He would experience a change in His death that would for eternity change Him from a lamb to a Lion.  The Lion represents His Kingship and reign over His Kingdom.  That is why we named this the Lion King Christian T-Shirt.  The cross is at the center, and we ALL must pass through the cross to be changed into the image of Christ.  That is what it means to be "ALTARed".  The same altar that Jesus was sacrificed on is the same altar we choose to be sacrificed on.  Jesus will NEVER need to be the lamb again.  He died ONCE for ALL and is forever King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  The question we need to ask is "Have we come to the altar and fully submitted our will to the Father, just as Jesus did?"  If we truly come to Him and put our faith in Jesus for ALL of our righteousness, then the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead will take up residence in us and we will ourselves become a NEW CREATION IN Christ Jesus.  That is no small thing.  It means that we will never be the old person we were again, no matter how much the flesh wants to pursue that identity.  We have ALTARed ourselves at the cross and now as we submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit, we are brought into a deeper revelation of who we now are IN Jesus.  We will learn to abide IN Him and let the Holy Spirit work through our mortal bodies.  Is the Lion King YOUR King?  If so, then boldly share your testimony of how you were ALTARed!

Father we thank you for sending your Son Jesus to be sacrificed in our place at the cross.  We praise you for giving Him the name that is above all names and making Him our King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  We are no longer the same, we have been ALTARed and I pray that the wearer of this shirt will be given the opportunity to share their faith with those that comment on the graphic.  We pray that your Holy Spirit will quicken their mortal bodies to overcome every temptation that besets them and that through faith, they will begin to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.  We need this vessel on the earth and we need them fully yielded and submitted to your voice.  We speak hope, peace, love and all the fruits of the Spirit over them and ask that through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony, they will overcome the enemy and win the souls of the lost.  Let them be your ALTARed Ambassadors in Jesus name. Amen!
