I Have Been Crucified With Christ...I AM ALTARed

This is the simplest way to present "I AM ALTARed" to someone who may ask.  Simply say, "Galatians 2:20 says that we have been CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST.  That means that the same altar (cross) Jesus died upon, WE also DIE ON and submit our will to the Father."  When you pass through the ALTAR, and share in the death of Christ, you will in the same manner come out the other side a resurrected New Creation IN Christ Jesus.  The SAME SPIRIT THAT RAISED CHRIST FROM THE DEAD DWELLS IN YOU...YOU!  It is no longer our old selves that lives, but the New Creation when you chose to die at the altar WITH Christ as your Way, Truth, and Life.  You were ALTARed, not just a minor alteration, the ALTAR killed the old you and made a way for the Holy Spirit to make you a completely new creation through the sacrifice of Jesus.  If you ponder the depths of what happened at the altar when Jesus gave His life willingly, you will begin to understand a fraction of what it means to be ALTARed.  We will spend the rest of our lives choosing to submit ourselves to the Holy Spirit and allowing the Lord to live IN and through you.
